RENT A SET-UP

• a console 
•  a movie (DVD's)
• equipment: DVD, VHS, Blue Ray, Boombox 
• a Board Game
•  a gaming set up (original to the console or for the experience) at a private function in a corporate or residential setting 

RENT at the LOUNGE:

• Rent a table for 6 to play a board game of your choosing and bring your own snacks and beverages
• Rent the Lounge for events and parties, or for folks who want to try a game before they buy it. 
• Rent a TV and console for individual play time experience and play what ever game you want. 

HOW TO RENT a SET-UP or LOUNGE: 

A SET-UP at a PRIVATE FUNCTION and REQUIREMENTS: 

Events and Parties (outside location) CORPORATE and RESIDENTIAL:

Price varies and its based on number of hours, equipment, set-up, delivery and pickup, location, from $150.00 to $2,000

50% Deposit must be made to reserve the date

You can pay with ACH, a check, or credit card. (we can provided an estimate, invoice with PO)

We will need Contact information, location, number of guests, and more, etc. 

We have set up at schools, homes, parks, etc. 

Events and Parties (at the Bay), CORPORATE and RESIDENTIAL: 

Price ranges based on needs: number of hours, guests, food, liquor and other party needs from $150 to $500 (food, we have special deals with neighboring restaurants)

50% Deposit must be made to reserve the date.

You can pay with a credit card, debit card or cash

We will need contact information, number of guests, ages, and we will have other party questions for you to answer. 

RENTING ITEMS:

For the rental of any items for an outside location, we will take a refundable deposit of the value of the game, console or equipment. 

An ACH is preferred, followed by a credit card, debit card, or cash.  

Renting a table, or a play station (which includes console) or a board game for inside use. 

Tables are $5.00 a person. 

Play Stations are $5.00 an hour.
